Massing Iteration Coming Up

Here is the file I have prepared for laser cutting for Friday the 11th, I'll hopefully post some process work on the massing model with windows on Friday. I have a Zigurat form and a single tower. The Zigurat form is so I have a larger 2 bedroom studio units that get slightly smaller as they shrink towards the top of the form. The Ziguart form is primarily formed because of the need for air flow. So I wanted to have units that were smaller so I found this form as a way to complete the need for air circulation in the form. There will be a single micro unit tower that has some massings excavated from the form at a later time. I'm in the middle of thinking where the excavations should be taken from the micro unit tower. The place for the two forms is going to be universal access to nature and place by having a growing unit in the bottom floor of the pedestal form. The material I'm thinking of using is concrete but there are many forms of the concrete that can be formed. I want to make this a good investment challenge for the Las Vegas area that will be great for its purpose of the Living Building Challenge. The form is to have a bridge between the units with possiblity of having open spaces on some of the floors so they form a decking patio situation. I'm thinking of having 3 Patio units between the 7 floors. I also have came up with the massing that will have approximately 140 beds so there will be around 140/6 parking spots along with program additional parking spaces for the restaurant parking and additional spots for medical purposes if there is a medical emergency.
