What is the Las Vegas Food Hub? The permaculture or food system that supports local food systems. Most importantly linking communities to become a sustained part of local food culture. Our class at Iowa State University is conducting research, analysis, planning, and design to create a formal study for a Las Vegas Food Hub.  At the end of the semester, there will be a comprehensive initial story about the site, programming and designing a Food Hub in Las Vegas. There are two sites to choose from which are in proximity to customers, growers and distributors for the food hub.
